Olowalu is a town located on Maui Island’s west side. It’s approximately 4 miles south of Lahaina town on the Honoapiʻilani Highway. In Hawaiian history, Olowalu was a Puʻuhonua (sanctuary) where people sought healing, reflection, and refuge.
